  27. and gte.this can be done in a variety
  28. of ways.phreaking is almost 100%
  29. illegal,but has that ever stopped any-
  30. body?

  32. how do you phreak?

  35. there are 3 basic ways to phuck the
  36. phone companies:

  38. 1.colored boxing.(blue,purple,etc.)
  39. 2.using sprint,mci without paying.
  40. 3."tricks of the trade"

  45. a pushbutton phone works by emmiting
  46. tones of different frequencies.by
  47. changing the frequencies you can do
  48. some intresting stuff.phreaks have
  49. realized this and have built devices
  50. called boxes.there are many types of

  97. until january 1st to use these services
  98. you call the local acssess number and
  99. then type in a 5 or 6 digit code.you
  100. can get programs that will call mci
  101. ,sprint,or whatever and try consecutive
  102. numbers until it gets one.to fight
  103. against this the companys use 2 things.

  106. 1.they have dummy numbers that you thin
  107. k work but when you call using it
  108. they trace you!

  110. 2.they change the numbers randomly
  111. eveery week or less,so you cant use
  112. a number to long!
